The Learner Support Fund (for students on a further education course) and the Access to Learning Fund (for students on a higher education course) are available to help any eligible student who has a particular financial need.
Eligibility to the funds are governed by regulations, however if you meet the criteria you will be ask to complete a financial assessment form and provide documentary evidence.
The funds are supplied by the Government and are limited to a set amount per year. For this reason we may not be able to meet every claim or the total cost of each claim. Applications may have to be prioritised and the fund awarded to those facing the most financial hardship.
